Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to return an item for a refund.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, accessories and documentation intact.

• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or incur a partial refund.

2. How to Request a Return

1. Email our Customer Support team at info.eechoo@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt.

2. In your message, please include:

   • Your order number

   • The item(s) you wish to return

   • The reason for return

Once we review your request, we’ll email you a Return Authorization and detailed instructions.

3. Return Shipping

• Outbound shipping to you is always free.

• Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, the cost of return postage is at your expense.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund until we’ve received the item.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@uplixi.com within 14 days of delivery.

• We will cover all return shipping costs and offer you the choice of:

  • A full refund (including original and return postage)

  • A replacement sent at no extra charge

5. Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we aim to process refunds within 5 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow:

  • 1–2 business days for payment processing (as per our standard processing time)

  • Additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account

6. Exchanges

• We do not offer direct “swap” exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order online.

7. Cancellations

• You may cancel your order free of charge up to the point when your order is dispatched.

• To cancel, email info.eechoo@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
